AE Modular, simple setup with:

Two sawtooth oscillators (from 2OSC/D and VCO), pitch from keyboard (KeyStep);

LP output from SVFILTER (tweaked in real-time), modulated by ENV and LFO (fed in via POLAMIX, for real-time tweaking);

Finally through VCA, controlled by second ENV (tweaked in real-time);

Both ENVs gated by the keyboard input (KeyStep); and
No effects within AE Modular itself.

External Effects:

Analogue Delay pedal, tweaked in real-time

Digital Reverb pedal, gently tweaked in real-time

Other Desert Cities VST effect, applied in real-time and tweaked

Recording:

This went straight into my recording program (Reaper) as a stereo feed, passing through a delay plugin (Other Desert Cities), and then recorded live with some compression and limiting, just in case. The final master needed some EQ as there were some massive bass humps from the live tweaking.
